Competencies

Generally, all our competency-based assessments are preceded by a comprehensive job analysis. This helps to identify critical competencies unique to the job and determine job-related success (job-fit).

We will accommodate your current organisation and development issues, strategy, and organisational culture.

What we assess

The competencies we assess generally include, but are not restricted to:

  • Drive: i.e. initiative, results orientation
  • Thinking Competencies: i.e. analytical, conceptual and creative thinking
  • Leadership Competencies: i.e. delegation, team leadership and people development
  • Interactive Competencies: i.e. communication, influencing
  • Administrative Competencies: i.e. planning, organising and control
  • Personal Competencies: i.e. stress tolerance, EQ, and team orientation

The assessment process includes feedback, with a suggested development plan to address weaknesses and maximise strengths.
