Organisation Development can be defined as the application of Behavioural Sciences to bring about planned, effective, integrated and aligned change and transformation in organisations. Its final aim is to add value. It is managed from the top but it aimed at the whole organisation.
OD operates on strategic, organisational, divisional, team and individual level. Our process starts with a thorough diagnosis; appreciating that each organisation, its reality, clients, products and staff differ from other organisations.
