Research by Dr Michael Titze, a German Psychologist, shows that people are laughing less today than ever before. In the 1950's people used to laugh an average of 18 minutes a day, where today adults laugh about 6 minutes per day. Children, on the other hand, laugh 300 to 400 times a day.
If laughter is an expression of out happiness, levels of job satisfaction and overall motivation, the findings of this study paints a grim picture. If we also consider the impact of stress on individuals and on the bottom-line of business, the picture becomes even more desperate.
Can we do something about this?
By embracing the laughter yoga techniques originally developed by Dr Madan Kataria, you can!

Treetops offers laughter workshops to cater for the needs of your staff and team.
30 minutes to 2 hours.
Benefits of laughter workshops increase with frequency. We recommend weekly or monthly laughter sessions for your team, rather than seeing this as a once-off session.
