Management Development Programme
As part of our vision to be "The Leadership Partnership", we are committed to developing the managers and leaders of the future. Our MDP evaluates present management behaviour while taking cognisance of personality factors. A development strategy, which serves as the foundation for further training, is initiated. You will be given the opportunity to develop essential management skills through simulation exercises and active participation.

Purpose
This programme is ideal for those who seek to enhance their ability to:
- Increase their own management competence
- Understand and manage the dynamics of change and transformation
- Manage themselves, individuals and teams
- Coach and counsel for performance improvement
- Communicate with impact
- Be competent in team and group environments
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Contribute to individual, team and organisational effectiveness
- Deal with or solve problems on an operational and tactical level
Duration
This programme lasts for 5 to 30 days, depending on level and intensity.
