New workshops added

We are excited to announce that we recently added two new workshops to our training catalogue. The first one, Heart Economics, is aimed at helping male managers understand how their masculine identity impacts their management style, performance, team relationships and outputs at work.

The second addition, Laughter Workshops, is an effective and time-efficient method of stress relief and is guaranteed to enhance team relationships and cooperation, and improved resilience and coping mechanisms in times of increased pressure.

Leaders in Skills development

We at Treetops are privileged to be associated with Grinaker-LTA's Phandimfundo Training Centre.

We salute them for winning the Leadership in Skills Development - Africa Award. This prestigious honour was awarded to Johan Potgieter, Manager of Phandimfundo on 22 April 2009 at the Sandton Sun Hotel, as part of the Africa Power and Electricity Congress.

Over the past two and a half years we have been very involved with the Training Centre, presenting programmes in:

Congratulations Pick n Pay

We would also like to congratulate Pick n Pay for winning the Retail Franchisee of the Year. This makes it two in the bag for Pick n Pay after they were awarded the prestigious international award of Best Retailer in the World in February of this year. We're proud of you!

The birth of Aurecon

We want to congratulate Aurecon (previously Africon (Pty) Ltd., Connell Wagner (Pty) Ltd. and Ninham Shand (Pty) Ltd.) on their merge. Africon has been a Treetops client for the past 18 years and we have always been impressed with the organisation's ability to strategically respond to global challenges. This merge will give Africon an even bigger Global Footprint. Treetops is proud to remain involved in the Organisational Culture Alignment and the Leadership Development Programme. We value our partnership with the Leaders in Consulting and Engineering.
