ITAC

The International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) is a valued Treetops client and we have been fortunate to be a part of their journey as an organisation. Since 2008 Treetops have partnered ITAC in a number of organisation development interventions. These included a culture survey, transformational leadership and management development and distilling of organisational values. We are proud of our relationship with ITAC and wish them great success in their continued journey towards success and excellence.

SANHARP

The South African Nuclear Human Asset and Research Programme (SANHARP) is a programme aligned with the Department of Science and Technology (DST). It is aimed at advancing the skills and innovation frontiers in all application fields of nuclear technology, ranging from basic and applied research in all applicable science and engineering disciplines, to manufacturing and distinctive aspects of waste management. In 2009 Treetops facilitated a workshop to assist SANHARP with the launch of its mentorship programme. The workshop allowed mentors and managers to develop an understanding of their roles, build the skills required for effective mentoring and mentor / mentee relationships and underlined the strategic process and goals of the mentoring programme.

Congratulations Pick n Pay

We would also like to congratulate Pick n Pay for winning the Retail Franchisee of the Year. This makes it two in the bag for Pick n Pay after they were awarded the prestigious international award of Best Retailer in the World in February of this year. We're proud of you!
