Meet our Directors
Our company is headed by its founder Johan Greeff, qualified Psychologist, Academic and former Executive member of the International Organisation Development Organisation (IODA). Johan has spent the last twenty years assisting organisations in areas of training and transformation. He is a passionate public speaker, strategist, team builder and facilitator with a unique ability to apply African Wisdom and healing balms to organisational problems. He holds an MA Degree (Cum Laude) in Clinical Psychology and various Diplomas.
Johan has been welcomed by the Board of Personnel Practice as an Approved Mentor. This recognition of seniority is awarded by invitation only, and honours his willingness to give time and attention to the development of his profession and prospective professionals.
Tsietsi Molebatsi is an Executive Director as well as a consultant and facilitator. He has more than ten years experience in the areas of community development, project management, training, and disease management and control. He has a keen interest in leadership, management and self-confidence. His motto in life is: "Service to Humanity". He is also studying for a Law degree.
Premi Pillay is an Executive Director and is responsible for the management of our entire infrastructure, including our facility, the Treetops Management Development Centre. Premi has been with the Company for nineteen years and is responsible for all administrative matters.
Lucille Greeff is an Executive Director and heads up the Treetops office in Cape Town. She is a Chartered Personnel Practitioner in Organisational Development with the SABPP. She has an MA in Development Studies (Cum Laude) and a BA (Hons) in Psychology (Cum Laude). She specialises in facilitation and organisation development and has a specific interest in strategy and identity work with corporates. She is a qualified Vision Quest Facilitator and has also completed her training as a facilitator of the work of Richard Barrett (Corporate Transformation Tools). Her long term goal is to become as graceful as a jellyfish.
