This means that Transformational Leadership needs to be at the forefront of the endeavours of all local and international organisations.
This programme ventures from the perception that they key to successful transformation starts within the hearts and minds of the leaders of the organisation. Transformation is therefore set in motion, not by transforming structures, but by changing people's perceptions and behaviour.
